Recently, I have been trying to eat more vegan meals and generally cut down on meat – for environmental reasons. I am not a full fledged vegan yet but I really love to try out some recipes so, here are some baking recipes that I really want to try! Please let me know if you have any great vegan recipes!
These cookies look really simple but at the same time completely and utterly delicious! Brownies and cookies are definitely two of my favourite sweet treats and a combined version of these in a vegan treat sounds really perfect! I can imagine a delicious warm cookie with some biscoff spread – sounds heavenly!
Snickers are one of my favourite chocolate bars as a peanut butter lover! I love peanuts, caramel and chocolate and so how could I not adore snickers! Now, if you like peanut butter and chocolate – this cupcake looks like the absolute perfect vegan treat! And as another plus, the ingredients you need are all quite simple and basic and easily accessible. Sometimes I worry that “diet” baking (eg. sugar free, gluten free, vegan) may have some rare and expensive ingredients.
I absolutely love biscoff and recently they have been coming out with loads of different products: biscuits with lotus cream, crunchy spread, smooth spread! This recipe looks like a dream and again still very simple! I haven’t made a sheet cake in years – so it would be another new thing rather than just the usual cupcake or tired cake.
I love to make “nice cream” which is essentially blitzed up frozen banana and milk and then any add ins; I like to go for frozen fruit or vanilla or coco powder. But, as a peanut butter and jelly lover – this sounds really fabulous!
I love trying new recipes and this one sounded really interesting. I have used chia seed before in chia puddings, which are always better than I have expected. I actually think I might make these today!
Well that’s the 5! If you like this post I could do a part 2! Also, if you have any go to vegan recipes let me know! I tried a basic Chocolate cupcake rescue from the little blog of vegan and it was absolutely Amazing – better than non-vegan!
